The Action Ukraine Report (AUR) is a free, private, not-for-profit,
independent, public service electronic newsletter. It is published three
times a week and distributed by e-mail.  Each AUR contains around
twenty-five news and commentary articles that provide important, timely
and very useful information to those interested in matters related to Ukraine.

The AUR was founded in 2003 and has become a major, well recognized,
widely distributed source of information about Ukraine. Over 850 issues
of the AUR have been published.  The AUR is sent to readers in over 35
countries.

morganw@patriot.net. Information about your occupation and your interest
in Ukraine is also appreciated.

The AUR is distributed for public information, research, education,
